Strawberry Kiwi Spinach Salad Food

STRAWBERRY, KIWI, AND SPINACH SALAD

Steps:

• In a small bowl, combine jam, vinegar and oil. Whisk until smooth. Stir in lemon pepper and seasoned salt. Mix until well blended. Cover and refrigerate. Shake before serving. Makes one cup.
• Place spinach in a large salad bowl. Arrange walnuts, strawberries and kiwi over spinach. Drizzle dressing over salad.

SPINACH & KIWI SALAD

Steps:

• Put spinach in serving bowl.
• Peel and slice kiwi; cut each slice in fourths. Add to spinach.
• Grate carrots into spinach.
• Add red onion and almonds.
• Pour on poppy seed dressing to taste.
• Toss and serve.

Steps:

• Wash spinach several times.
• Pat dry with paper towels or use a salad spinner.
• The salad spinner works great.
• In a large bowl, combine sugar, oil, vinegar, paprika and Worcestershisre sauce, cover and process for 30 seconds.
• Add onions and seeds.
• Pour over salad and toss to coat.
• Serve immediately.
• You can prepare dressing ahead of time and place in refrigerator.
• Don't pour over salad until time to serve.
• This will keep the spinach fresh and the flavor of the dressing great.

CHICKEN-SPINACH SALAD WITH STRAWBERRIES, KIWI AND CASHEWS IN HONEY-SESAME DRESSING

Steps:

• Arrange the spinach on salad plates or a large serving platter. Top with the chicken, strawberries, kiwi slices, and cashews.
• In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour over the salad and serve.

STRAWBERRY AND KIWI SPINACH SALAD WITH GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST

Steps:

• Rinse spinach leaves, discarding stems; pat dry.
• Combine spinach, strawberries, and kiwi in large bowl.
• Add almonds, feta, and onion.
• Toss lightly.
• Top with grilled chicken breasts.
• Add dressing and toss lightly again.

SPINACH-STRAWBERRY SALAD

Steps:

• In a tightly covered jar or container, shake all the dressing ingredients.
• Peel the jicama, removing the brown skin and a thin layer of the flesh just under the skin. The skin can sometimes be slightly tough. Cut about half of the jicama into about 1x 1/4-inch sticks to measure about 3/4 cup. Wrap remaining jicama and refrigerate for another use.
• Peel the kiwifruit. Cut lengthwise in half, then cut into slices. Rinse the strawberries with cool water and pat dry. Remove the leaves and cut the berries lengthwise into slices.
• Remove and discard the stems from the spinach leaves. Rinse the leaves in cool water. Shake off excess water and blot to dry with paper towels. Tear any large leaves into bite-size pieces.
• In a large salad bowl, place the spinach, strawberries, jicama sticks and kiwifruit slices. Shake the dressing again to mix ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients, and toss with 2 large spoons or salad tongs. To keep salad crisp, serve immediately.
