Strawberry Cream Cocktail Food

STRAWBERRIES & CREAM

Steps:

• Add the gin, strawberry liqueur, white creme de cacao and half-and-half to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
• Strain into a Martini glass.
• Garnish with a strawberry.

FROZEN STRAWBERRIES WITH CREAM COCKTAIL

Steps:

• To rim the glasses: Apply a thin even layer of honey around the rim of 2 glasses. (I find it's easiest to drizzle it directly on the top outside edge of the glass and then use a small rubber spatula or knife to spread it all around). Then coat it with the pistachios and freeze-dried strawberries. Set the glasses aside.
• In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, sugar, milk, cream, vodka, vanilla and cardamom and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and top with the remaining chopped pistachios.

STRAWBERRY AMARETTO ICE CREAM COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Wash and hull the strawberries.
• Put them in a blender with the ice cream, milk, powdered sugar and amaretto.
• Blend until smooth. Taste and add more amaretto if desired- I like a hint of amaretto but you may prefer it stronger.
• Strain through a sieve to remove the strawberry seeds (this produces a much smoother drink and is worth it if you have time).
• Serve ice cold and enjoy!

STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Blend ingredients except strawberries with 2 cups crushed ice at high speed.
• Add strawberries and blend for 10 seconds.
• Serve in a parfait glass with a straw and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
