This is a simple, tasty, and colorful variation of a classic ambrosia salad. My son loves it; he keeps asking me when I'm going to make some more of that 'marshmallow casserole'!

- Stir together the yogurt and marshmallows in a large bowl. Gently fold in the strawberries and Mandarin oranges. Scoop into a serving bowl, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Place the cream and sugar into the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment and whip until stiff peaks are formed. Add the sour cream and whisk to combine. Add the marshmallows, orange, pineapple, coconut, pecans and cherries and stir to combine. Transfer to a glass serving bowl, cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

- Use a rubber spatula to fold in the flaked coconut, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries and marshmallows until everything is evenly distributed. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours before serving. It tastes best if chilled overnight.
