Ingredients

4 ounces dry Prosecco or other sparkling white wine
1 1/2 ounces St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)
Club soda
Fresh lavender

Steps:

Pour 4 ounces dry Prosecco or other sparkling white wine into an icefilled large wine or rocks glass. Add 1 1/2 ounces St-Germain (elderflower liqueur) and top off with club soda. Gently stir together; garnish with fresh lavender.
