SPRING ASPARAGUS TART

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly flour the work surface and roll out the puff pastry to a 9- by 12-inch even rectangle. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Combine the mascarpone, 1 1/4 teaspoons of the salt, the flour, egg and lemon zest, and then fold in the chives and tarragon. Spread over the puff pastry, leaving a 3/4-inch border. Make small cuts around the border about 1 inch apart with the tip of a paring knife.
- Toss the asparagus with the olive oil in a bowl. Lay half of the asparagus in a neat row across the surface of the tart so the tips meet the edge. Do the same in the opposite direction with the remaining asparagus. Season with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and some pepper. Bake until the border of the tart is deep golden and puffed and the top is lightly spotted golden brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes and serve.
- Serve with lightly dressed greens.

- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, place asparagus in a steamer basket; place in a large saucepan over 1 in. of water. Bring to a boil; cover and steam for 3-5 minutes or until crisp-tender., In a large saucepan, saute mushrooms and chives in butter until tender. Stir in the flour, seasoning blend and salt; gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Add the Swiss cheese; cook and stir until melted. , Drain pasta and place in a large bowl. Add asparagus and cheese sauce; toss to coat. Garnish with Parmesan cheese if desired.

- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper flakes. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; stir-fry until pink, 2-3 minutes. Remove; keep warm. , In same skillet, stir-fry the next 5 ingredients in remaining oil until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. - Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Add angle hair pasta, cook for 5- 6 minutes until al dente;drain and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil to prevent stickiness.
- Heat the remaining 3 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Add asparagus and tomatoes, stirring to coat.
- Pour in broth and continue cooking uncovered 10 minutes or until the asparagus is tender but still bright green.
- Place the pasta in a large bowl, and toss with the asparagus and tomato mixture, Season with dill and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix the avocados, lime/lemon juice, and garlic powder together until blended Serve pasta with a dollop of the avocado mixture and top with shredded cheese.

- Bias slice the rest of the stalk into 1- 1 1/2 inch pieces& set aside.

- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Heat a 9-inch skillet over high heat 1 minute; spray with vegetable spray and add olive oil and shrimp, garlic and shallots; cook, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

- Cook until tender.
- Add vermouth and herbs.
- Simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes until the liquid is almost all evaporated.

- Remove from the heat and stir in parmesan.
- Steam the asparagus until just tender and add to the sauce.
- Cook the angel hair pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente.

- Cook pasta according to directions, drain and put pack into the warm pot.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Cook onion, garlic and mushrooms until fragrant and semi done. Add Prosciutto and asparagus and cook until asparagus is bright green, about 3 minute
- Add cream, 1/3 cup cheese, salt and pepper and red pepper flakes. Reduce heat to simmer and cook until sauce has thickened, about 4 minutes.
- Pour sauce with vegetables over pasta and toss to coat.
