This is for people who drink smoothies everyday, but have a hard time keeping their spinach fresh - Add these spinach liquid ice cubes to a smoothie (adding one to a 2 cup smoothie is great for spinach haters since they can't taste it)

1 lb spinach
1/4 cup water

Steps:

add 1/4 cup of water in blender.
add spinach in blender packed loosely.
blend.
add more spinach.
blend.
add more spinach
blend.
blend until all spinach is liquid.
pull out clean ice cube tray, poor green liquid carefully.
freeze.
