Steps:
- Pour oil and spices into a gallon ziploc bag. Seal and shake to evenly combine oil with spices
- Add in pretzels, seal up ziploc bag, and gently shake to combine.
- Allow pretzels to soak up the seasoned oil for at least 6 hours, or ideally for 24 hours. Turn bag to shake up pretzels every few hours. No need to bake them, the pretzels will soak up all the oil.
- Will keep in an airtight container for at least 1 week.

I make this for all of my big events. I have no idea how many this actually serves - but I do know that this is one of my most requested recipes.

Steps:
- Mix all of the ingredients in order, in a large bowl and stir until well combined.
- Let pretzels stand for atleast three or four hours, stirring every hour or so from the bottom to make sure that the topping doesn't settle on the bottom of the bowl before it has "dried". Depending on the weather and humidity, it could take up to a day, just stir the mix every couple of hours. You could also put the mix in large ziplock baggies and shake it up instead of stirring if that is easier.
- Store in an air-tight container.

SPICY PRETZELS
My daughter got this recipe from her friends mom . The small pretzels work the best. And for some reason , the oil definitely makes a difference! We've made them with Crisco, and we've made them with other brands, and they don't taste the same! *** seems to be too hot for a few people , PLEASE ADJUST the cayenne pepper if you don't like HOT***

A lower fat version. Great taste! I make my own ranch dressing mix and omit the salt. It is too salty with the store bought ranch dressing mix. These are pretty spicy. You may want to cut back on the cayenne pepper.
