1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 medium onion, minced
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup hot milk
1 (8-ounce) can chunky tomato sauce
8 ounces soft cream cheese
3/4 pound Norwegian smoked salmon, sliced into 1-inch long strips
1 pound penne pasta
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped

Steps:

  • Bring a pot of water to boil for the pasta.
  • For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan which will be large enough to accommodate the pound of cooked pasta, and saute onion until it becomes translucent. Mix in the flour to make a roux. Gradually add milk and allow thickening. Stir in tomato sauce and heat through. Remove from heat and add cream cheese. Blend with an immersion blender. Immediately cover surface of sauce with a sheet of plastic wrap and set aside briefly.
  • Boil the pasta until al dente and drain. Add the cooked pasta and strips of salmon to the pan containing the sauce and fold to coat pasta. Season with salt and pepper, as needed. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with chives.

3/4 tasse (180 ml) shallots finely chopped
3 tablespoon (45 ml) olive oil
4 garlic cloves chopped
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) hot chili flakes (or less if you don't like spicy foods)
1/2 cup (125 ml) tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
1/2 cup (125 ml) brandy
1/4 cup (60 ml) boiling water
1 cup (250 ml) Belsoy creamy soya
flesh of 2 lobster of 1 1/2 lb each
12 onces (340 g) gluten-free spaghetti
3/4 cup (180 ml) pasta water
3 tablespoon (45 ml) parsley, chopped

Steps:

  • Add salt to large pot of water and bring to a boil.In a large pot on medium, cook the shallots in the oil for 5 minutes and stir frequently. Add the garlic and chili flakes and cook for another minute.Add the tomato paste and salt and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently until the tomato paste browns a bit.Add the brandy and cook for another 2 minutes while stirring continuously.Remove ¼ cup (60 mL) of the boiling water using a measuring cup and add the soy sauce in the same cup (this will prevent the cream from separating when added to the sauce). Reduce the heat to low and add the cream to the tomato paste mixture. Mix well.Add the lobster flesh and gently stir. Turn the heat off.Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package. 1T olive oil
1T crushed garlic
2 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with jalepeno peppers(drained)
3T tomato paste
3T whipping cream
1/8t ground red pepper(optional)
1lb box penne pasta
1/2 cup pamesian cheese

Steps:

  • cook pasta as directed till al dente Heat olive oil and add garlic, saute 1 min, add 2 cans tomatoes,and stir in tomato paste till combined. Heat till it comes to a boil. Turn down heat to low and add whipping cream. Cook just till heated. Add ground red pepper for added heat if preferred. Drain pasta and add to sauce. mix and top with parmesian cheese.

One 16-ounce package penne pasta
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon jerk seasoning
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 large red bell pepper, sliced
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 large cloves garlic, minced
One 1.3-ounce packet Knorr Parma Rosa pasta sauce powder
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 cups half-and-half
1 cup shredded Parmesan, plus more for garnish
Sliced green onions, for garnish

Steps:

  • Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain and rinse with cold water, then set aside.
  • Meanwhile, sprinkle the chicken with 2 teaspoons jerk seasoning.
  • Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat the grill pan with 1 tablespoon oil. Add the chicken and cook on one side until browned, about 5 minutes. Turn the chicken over and sprinkle with the brown sugar. Cook until the chicken registers 165 degrees F when a thermometer is inserted in the thickest portion, 6 to 8 minutes more. Remove the chicken from the pan, and let rest 10 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
  • Add the bell peppers to the grill pan. Cook until tender, 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the peppers from the pan and set aside.
  • Melt the butter and remaining tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant and tender. Add the sauce powder and flour and whisk until incorporated. Reduce the heat, then slowly whisk in the half-and-half. Simmer until the mixture begins to thicken, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the heat, then stir in the Parmesan and remaining teaspoon jerk seasoning.
  • Add the pasta, chicken and peppers to the sauce and toss until combined. Divide the pasta among serving bowls and garnish with green onions and extra Parmesan.

6 ounces cooked chicken breast strips

16 ounces marinara sauce
6 ounces cream
6 ounces broccoli, buds
1 ounce basil, for brushetta mix
1/4 tablespoon salt, for brushetta mix
2 ounces olive oil, for brushetta mix
1/4 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper, for brushetta mix
2 ounces garlic, peeled chopped for brushetta mix
4 ounces red onions, for brushetta mix
1 lb roma tomato, for brushetta mix
2/3 cup grated romano cheese

Steps:

  • Add all the ingredients together listed for brushetta. Set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan.
  • Add mushrooms and chicken tenders. Sauté until chicken starts to brown along the edges.
  • Add marinara and cream and reduce by a third.
  • Add 4 oz of bruschetta mix and peas. Cook for three minutes. (Refrigerate the remaining brushetta mix to serve over toasted Italian bread with fresh mozzarella).
  • Drop macaroni and broccoli buds in boiling water for three seconds.
  • Drain and toss in sauce along with Romano cheese and serve on a large platter.

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 lb pasta, cooked

Steps:

  • Cook broccoli in boiling water, 3-5 minutes until just tender.
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic.
  • Cook over medium heat until just golden, about 2 minutes.
  • Add drained broccoli and red pepper flakes, and cook 5 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add broccoli mixture to cooked pasta.
  • Toss and serve.
