Steps:
- Combine the rice flour and spices in a wide bowl.
- Add the fish and rub the spice mixture all over the fish.
- Heat the olive all in a large frying pan.
- Cook fish in a single layer, until browned and cooked as desired.
- You may need to cook the fish in batches.
SEAFOOD PAN FRIED NOODLES
Chinese pan fried noodles, topped with stir fried seafood and vegetables. You can add any vegetables you like, I just used what I had on hand. Broccoli, snow peas, red and yellow peppers work well too.

Steps:
- Clean, peel, and de-vein shrimp. Rinse scallops.
- Marinade seafood with salt, pepper, and 1 tsp cornstarch to coat. Keep in fridge until ready to cook.
- Boil water and cook noodles for a few minutes.
- Drain noodles and pan fry in a non-stick pan with 1T oil.
- Once brown and crisp, transfer to serving plate and set aside.
- Heat oil in wok. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry seafood until cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add vegetables, chicken broth, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- When vegetables are about done, add seafood back to pan.
- Add remaining cornstarch mixed with a little water to thicken broth.
- Pour over noodles and serve hot.

Steps:
- Place fish in a deep container/casserole.
- Add all A-mixture ingredients to the fish. If the mixture feels too dry, add 2 - 3 tablespoons of filtered water.
- Heat pan or wok. Pour in the oil and wait till it is really hot.
- Place fish 2 pieces at a time (for smaller fish, you may be able to place 3 pieces at one time).
- When the fish become golden brown, turn the other side till they're golden brown on both sides.
- Take out from pan or wok onto serving plate.
- Great when served with rice.
