This dish will add spice to any buffet..These are great snacks for any gathering. "Success is liking your self, liking what you do, and liking how you do it!"

Ingredients

3 - 5/12 ounces packages of little wieners
1 - 8 ounce can jellied cranberry sauce
3 tablespoon(s) prepared mustard
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

Steps:

Cut slashes in each little wiener. In a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberry sauce, mustard,lemon juice,and salt. Cook untill cranberry sauce melts and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly.Add wieners. Heat through. Serve hot with cocktail picks

Ingredients

1 pound slab bacon, cut into 1-by-1/2-inch pieces
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

Place the bacon in an even layer in a large skillet. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often with a rubber spatula, until the bacon is light golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the maple syrup, black pepper and cayenne in a small bowl.
Pour off some of the rendered bacon fat, leaving just a small amount. Return the skillet to the heat and pour the maple syrup mixture over the bacon. Braise gently until the syrup thickens and glazes the bacon and the bacon is deep golden brown, about 15 minutes. Serve warm.

Combine the pork, hoisin sauce, Sriracha, and brown sugar in a bowl and let marinate overnight, or at least a few hours.
Line a 9 x 13 dish with foil. Pour in the pork and all the sauce. Make sure all the pork pieces are in a single layer.
Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn the heat up to 450 and bake an additional 15 minutes. Turn on the broiler for a charred, caramelized top for 5-6 more minutes.
