¾ cup soy sauce
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili sauce
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
8 center cut pork chops

Steps:

  • In a large resealable bag, mix together the soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, chili sauce, and garlic powder.. Place the pork chops into the bag, carefully seal the bag, and marinate for 6-12 hours in the refrigerator. Turn the bag over about halfway through.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
  • Arrange pork chops on the lightly oiled grate, and cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1-1/2 teaspoons ground mustard

4 pork loin chops (about 3/4 inch thick and 8 ounces each)

1 cup water

Steps:

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 10 ingredients. Add pork chops, a few at a time; seal bag and toss to coat. , In a large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides. Place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, water and brown sugar; pour over chops. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp chili (sriracha works nicely)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar

Mix all together in a bowl

Steps:

  • Take 3-4 bone in pork chops, place in a large zip lock bag and pour in marinade. Let it marinate for an hour or two days, the longer the better (you can poke holes in the pork chops first to allow the marinade to seep in through better).
  • After the pork chops have marinated for as long as you like, heat oven to 420˚.
  • Pour marinade and chops in a baking dish, and place in heated oven.
  • Cook for 30-40 minutes.
  • Once done, let sit out and cool down. The pork chops should be moist and drenched in flavor. Enjoy!

3 tablespoons sambal oelek or chili-garlic sauce
1 head broccoli (12 ounces), cut into large florets
3 small sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1-inch wedges

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 475°F, with a rimmed baking sheet on center rack and another rack in top position. Stir together cucumbers, vinegar, and 2 tablespoons cilantro; season with salt and set aside. In a small bowl, stir together jam and sambal oelek; set aside. In another bowl, toss broccoli and sweet potatoes with 3 tablespoons oil; season.

4 large boneless pork chops (cut 1 ½ inch thick)
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper

1 firm apple (peeled, cored, and diced)
1 tablespoon fresh chopped sage
½ cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons bourbon
1 ½ cups dried cornbread stuffing crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Set out a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Set a large skillet on the stovetop.
  • Lay the pork chops on a cutting board. Along the flattest edge, cut a deep even pocket into each pork chop, leaving three sides intact. Brush the pork chops with Dijon mustard, and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Add 2 tablespoon butter to the skillet and turn the heat on medium. Once the butter has melted, place the pork chops in the skillet and brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. (The pork chops will still be raw in the middle.) Move the seared pork chops to the prepared baking sheet.
  • Use the same skillet to make the stuffing. Add 4 tablespoon butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the chopped onions, celery, apples, and sage. Sauté for 3-5 minutes to soften. Then add in the chicken broth and bourbon. Stir to combine, then mix in the cornbread crumbs. Mix well, then turn off the heat.
  • Use a spoon to stuff the pork chops with the apple stuffing. Press it down in the pocket of each chop, then press more on top of the pocket. You can set the pork chops upward, or lay them on their sides.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the thickest part of the pork chop reaches 160 degrees F. Serve warm.

Steps:

  • Season pork chops with a pinch of salt, pepper and turmeric.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan, and shallow fry the chops, browning the pork chops on both sides. Place the chops in a greased baking pan.
  • In a skillet, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of ghee and add the red onions. Cook until the onions turn brown (realllly brown), then add ginger, garlic, coriander powder, cayenne, and the homemade meat masala. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
  • Add can of tomato sauce. Stir for about 5 minutes, then mix in the honey and dump the gravy on top of the pan with the pork chops (you can taste the sauce before adding it to the pork chops and adjust the honey or salt if needed).
  • Cover the pan with foil and bake at 375 for 45 minutes to an hour - turning the chops over halfway.

1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
3/4 cup beef broth (heated; preferably low sodium or unsalted)
1 heaping tablespoon chopped dill pickle
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Kosher salt (to taste)
black pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter and the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the pork chops and brown on both sides. You might have to do this in two batches. Remove the chops to a plate and set aside.
  • Add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the pan; add onion and sauté for 3 minutes, or until the onion is translucent. Add the flour and mustard. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. While stirring constantly, gradually add the heated beef broth, chopped pickle, and lemon juice. Continue to simmer, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes. Taste the sauce and add salt and pepper, as needed.
  • Return the pork chops to skillet; spoon sauce over them. Cover, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until pork chops are tender.

4 thick pork loin chops
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 knob(1½ Tbsp) butter
2 tsp oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp ground black pepper powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
½ Tbsp corn flour
½ Tbsp olive oil
¾ tsp salt

Steps:

  • Rinse, peel, seed and dice the tomatoes. Dice onion. Mix the marinade ingredients. Use a teaspoon to spread the marinade on both sides of the pork chops. Marinate for 2 hours. Melt butter with oil in a frying pan. Fry pork chops on both sides and arrange on roasting tray. Fry onion till translucent. Put on top of pork chops. Sprinkle with the diced tomato and seal with tin foil. Roast in preheated oven 200C (375F) for one hour. Remove the tin foil and cook to reduce the juice. Serve hot.

2tbsp virgin olive oil
1tbsp piri-piri seasoning
Few fresh rosemary sprigs
2 garlic cloves, peeled
200g (7oz) baby spinach leaves, washed
400g (14oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Lemon wedges, to serve

Steps:

  • With a sharp knife, trim the excess fat from the pork chops, especially where it runs along the bone. Place in a shallow dish. Mix together 1tbsp of the olive oil with the piri-piri seasoning and rosemary sprigs and brush over the chops. Cover and marinate for 30 mins.
  • Heat a large non-stick frying pan until it's very hot, then add the chops. Cook over a medium heat for 4-5 mins on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove chops from the pan, cover and keep warm. Wipe the pan out with some kitchen paper and add the rest of the olive oil.
  • Crush the garlic cloves and add to the hot oil with the spinach leaves. Sauté for 2-3 mins until the spinach leaves have just wilted. Add the chickpeas and cook for a further 2-3 mins. Season to taste. Arrange the pork chops on top and serve with lemon wedges.
