Number Of Ingredients 5

1 bottle (32 ounces) cranberry juice, chilled
1 liter ginger ale, chilled
1 cup chilled tropical fruit punch
1 cup chilled orange juice
Assorted fresh fruit or edible flowers, optional

Steps:

  • Just before serving, combine the first 4 ingredients in a punch bowl. If desired, garnish with fruit or edible flowers.

  • Beat 1 1/2 sticks melted butter, 3/4 cup dark brown sugar and 3/4 cup granulated sugar until fluffy; beat in 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 eggs. Whisk 2 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon salt, then stir into the butter mixture. Add 2 cups white chocolate chips, 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts, 1/2 cup chopped almonds and 3/4 cup shredded coconut. Scoop into medium balls, sprinkle with coconut and chill. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

1 env. KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
1-1/4 cups orange juice, divided
1 cup sliced mango
1 medium banana, cut into chunks
6 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Sprinkle gelatine over 1/4 cup of the orange juice in small saucepan; let stand 1 min. Cook on low heat 1 min. or until gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring constantly.
  • Place remaining 1 cup orange juice, the gelatine mixture, mango, banana and ice cubes in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.

1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup kale
1 banana
1 tablespoon coco butter
Coconut water to taste

Steps:

  • Put the frozen pineapple, banana, coco butter, spinach,and kale in the blender. Pour coconut water to fill about half of the mixture. Purée/blend until smooth. Make sure to blend very well so that there are no chunks of spinach or kale. The consistency should be only slightly thicker than a normal juice. Add coconut water as needed for the right consistency. For added yumminess, try adding 1/2 cup of strawberries and an extra 1/2 cup of greens.

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 lbs rhubarb
3 cups water
1 cinnamon stick
4 whole cloves
1/8 teaspoon mace
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup orange juice
2 cups ginger ale

Steps:

  • Make a simple syrup by combining sugar and 1 cup water in a saucepan; stir over heat until sugar is dissolved.
  • Bring to boiling point, let boil without stirring about 7 minutes.
  • Let cool.
  • Meanwhile, cut rhubarb in small pieces; do not peel.
  • Add 3 cups water and spices; simmer over low heat until tender.
  • Strain out rhubarb stalks, pressing to release all liquid.
  • Discard cooked stalks.
  • Add cooled syrup and fruit juices; chill.
  • Pour over ice in a pitcher or tall glasses; add ginger ale.
