½ tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chili powder blend

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Wash carrots and pat them dry. Cut into even, large-sized strips. Place in a large bowl and spray about 5 times with olive oil spray. Toss to coat, add seasonings and toss again until evenly coated. Place on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Cool for a few minutes then enjoy!

2 TSP Natural Nutralean or Natural NutraVegan
1 TBSP steak spice
1 TBSP oil of choice, we used olive oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Chop carrots into french-fry-sized pieces. Place in large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine protein powder, Parmesan, and steak spice. 
  • Drizzle oil and toss carrot sticks until coated.
  • Add cheese and spice mixture and shake until carrot sticks are coated well. 
  • Line a cooking sheet with parchment paper and lay the carrots in a single layer. *Optional: Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top 
  • Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for 5-7 additional minutes or until edges have darkened.

1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 pinch pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a shallow pan with foil.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice away the tip and end of each carrot; peel each completely.
  • Cut carrots in half crosswise, then cut lengthwise, then cut lengthwise again.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the carrot sticks, olive oil, rosemary, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir until all are evenly coated.
  • Place carrots in pan, spreading sticks out as much as possible. Bake for 20 minutes or until carrots are tender.
