- Sangria. This classic Spanish pitcher drink is as easy to make as it is versatile. With almost as many versions of sangria as taste preferences exist, they all combine wine, sparkling soda, and cut-up fruit.
- Tinto de Verano. The name “Tinto de Verano” translates to “Red Wine of Summer,” but it's an easy and refreshing cocktail for any season. With just two ingredients, you can have a glass in hand before you can say "happy hour."
- Citrus White Wine Sangria. If you love a classic sangria, change it up with this crisper, refreshing citrus white wine sangria version. Because it uses citrus and white wine, it comes out less syrupy than red sangria, and pairs great with fish or pasta.
- Cava. If you love champagne, you have to try Cava. Only sparkling wine from the Champagne region of France can actually be called champagne, so you may have tried Cava without even realizing it.
- Spanish Sherry. If you enjoy red wine, brandy, or port, you will love sherry. Spanish sherry comes in dry and sweet varieties and dates back to at least the 4th century, B.C.
- Horchata. This refreshingly sweet horchata will perk you right up for dessert or act as a nice complement alongside a spicy dish. It can also be made with ground almonds, walnuts, or seeds.
- Cuba Libre. The classic Cuba libre uses simply rum and cola, but you can kick it up a notch with Licor 43. This Spanish liqueur uses 43 ingredients for a zesty, herbal flavor.
- Agua Fresca. In Mexico, "Agua Fresca" means "fresh water," but in this case, it refers to a delicious beverage somewhere between flavored water and fruit juice.
- Tepache de Piña. The slightly fermented Tepache de Piña is made from fresh pineapple peel and core, plus brown sugar and tastes delightfully refreshing anytime.
- Mexican Hot Chocolate. If you like hot chocolate—and who doesn't?— we have a great upgrade for you. Champurrado, a type of Mexican hot chocolate, uses masa harisa and piloncillo for a comforting, cockles-warming beverage.

- Sangria. Sangria is the quintessential Spanish cocktail. The word itself is a reference to blood due to the dark red color of the wine. Traditionally, sangria features tempranillo wine.
- Tinto de Verano. Tinto de verano is a Spanish favorite that means “summer red wine.” A very fitting name for this vivacious refreshment. It’s very similar to sangria except it’s lighter and less boozy.
- Kalimotxo. Another outstanding Spanish summer cocktail is the kalimotxo. Also known as calimocho, this popular beverage is a blend of red wine and Coke.
- Agua de Valencia. If you’re serving a Spanish tortilla for brunch, continue the theme and serve a carafe of this cocktail. Agua de Valencia is like the Spanish version of a mimosa.
- Rebujito. This Andalusian cocktail is a festival drink that gives you plenty of reason to celebrate. Using sherry as the base, you’ll pour in lemon-lime soda and a mint for garnish.
- Spanish Gin and Tonic. How do you make a gin and tonic a Spanish drink? You’ll add in a harmonious array of garnishes. This includes everything from peppercorns to rosemary to lemon.
- Cuba Libre. While this is a popular Cuban drink, in Spanish it means “free Cuba”. A toast to their independence, story has it this beverage was the creation of a U.S. Army captain during the Spanish-American War.
- Clara Beer (Clara Con Limón) I’ve mentioned wine and spirits, but what about beer? Don’t worry, I’m getting to that now. Beer is no doubt a popular Spanish beverage.
- Asiático. Of course, the Spanish like their coffee drinks too. One of the best of which is Asiático. This adult beverage takes hot espresso and turns it into a relaxing after-dinner drink.
- White Sangria. To top off your Spanish cocktail adventure, I recommend a pitcher of sparkling white sangria. While I love red wine, the addition of white wine makes this sangria lighter and crisp.
