1/2 cup blueberry preserves
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup whipped cream
1 medium banana, halved lengthwise
1-1/2 cups chocolate ice cream
2 tablespoons sweetened shredded coconut
3 maraschino cherries

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, mix preserves and water until blended. Spoon whipped cream onto bottom of a dessert dish. Arrange banana halves and three scoops of ice cream over whipped cream. Sprinkle with coconut; drizzle with blueberry mixture. Top with cherries; serve immediately.

1 cup whipped cream (plus extra for garnish)
1 banana, ripe and split in half lengthwise
1/3 cup chocolate ice cream (1/3 cup or 3 scoops)
shredded coconut

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine blueberry jam with water to thin; set aside.
  • In a banana split dish, spread whipped cream and drizzle with blueberry sauce.
  • Place banana halves on whipped cream and blueberry sauce.
  • Top bananas with three scoops of chocolate ice cream.
  • Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  • Garnish each scoop of ice cream with a dollop of whipped cream and a cherry.

6 fluid ounces jagermeister liqueur
6 fluid ounces coconut-flavored rum
2 ½ cups pineapple juice
1 orange slice

Steps:

  • Fill a pitcher with ice cubes. Pour the jagermeister, coconut rum and pineapple juice over the ice. Stir and garnish with a slice of orange.
