Sour Cream Bacon Chicken Food

BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN WITH SOUR CREAM SAUCE

Steps:

• In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Set aside.
• Wrap 1 raw chicken breast with 2 pieces of raw bacon. Continue to do this 3 more times and place in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
• Pour soup and sour cream mixture on top of bacon-wrapped chicken, making sure all the chicken is covered. Bake uncovered at 400ºF for 1 hour.
• Serve with baked or mashed potatoes. Use leftover cream sauce over potatoes.

CREAMY BACON CHICKEN

Steps:

• Cut the bacon up and add it to a skillet (I use kitchen shears to make this job quick). Fry it over medium-high heat until crispy (about 10 mins). Once the bacon is done, take it out of the pan and set it aside. Leave about 2 tablespoons of the bacon fat in the pan.
• Meanwhile, prep your chicken (cut it in half lengthwise so you have 4 smaller cutlets). Sprinkle them with the garlic powder and pepper and then coat them in the flour.
• Add the chicken to the skillet and cook it in the remaining bacon fat over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes/side or until it's golden. If it starts to splatter a lot, reduce the heat. Once the chicken is browned, take it out of the pan and set it aside.
• Add the chicken broth, lemon juice, and butter to the pan. Let it bubble until it's reduced by half (about 3-4 minutes).
• Stir in the cream and once it starts to bubble, add the chicken and bacon back into the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes or so until the chicken is fully cooked through and the sauce has reduced to your liking.

SOUR CREAM BACON CHICKEN

Steps:

• 1. Wrap one slice of bacon around each boneless chicken breast and place in a 3-4 quart crockpot. In medium bowl, combine condensed soup, sour cream, chilli powder and flour and mix with wire whisk to blend. Pour over chicken. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours until chicken and bacon are thoroughly cooked. Serves 8

SOUR CREAM AND BACON CROCKPOT CHICKEN

Steps:

• Cook bacon over medium low heat until some of the fat is rendered. Bacon should still be pliable and not crisp.
• Wrap a piece of bacon around each chicken breast and place in crockpot.
• Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
• In a medium bowl, mix soup, sour cream and flour with a wire wisk until blended.
• Pour over chicken.
• Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
• Remove chicken and stir sauce.
• Pour sauce over chicken.

THE BEST SOUR CREAM AND BACON CHICKEN

Steps:

• Line the bottom of an 11X13 baking dish with the dried beef.
• Wrap each chicken breast in a bacon strip and lay it on top of the beef.
• Mix together the sour cream and soup and spoon it over the chicken.
• Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes checking after an hour as time may vary.

SMOTHERED BACON CHICKEN

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Wrap each chicken breast in 2 strips of bacon and place in a glass 9x13 inch baking dish.
• In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and soup. Cover the chicken with the sour cream/soup mixture and bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until slightly brown on top. Let cool and serve on top of hot, cooked rice if desired.
