SOUPERIOR MEATLOAF

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
• Shape meat mixture into a loaf on a cookie sheet or 13 x 9 pan.
• Bake uncover 1 hour (when center feels firm when pressed).
• Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

• Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. In 13x9-inch baking or roasting pan, shape into a loaf. For best results, line pan with aluminum foil and use a non-stick cooking spray before adding meatloaf to the pan. Bake 1 hour or until cooked through. Let stand 10 minutes, then serve.

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350°F.
• In a large bowl, combine soup mix, ground turkey, breadcrumbs, ketchup, water and egg substitute.
• In a shallow baking pan, shape meat mixture into a loaf.
• Bake in the pre-heated 350°F oven for 45 minutes.
• Frost the loaf with the mashed potatoes; then sprinkle with the cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
• Bake 5 more minutes in order to melt the cheese, NO browning involved; then remove from the oven and let 'settle' 5 min before serving.
• Variation: you can also swap out the cheddar cheese for a different cheese such as monterey jack.

• while baking meatloaf, mix ingredients for sauce in a saucpan.
• whisk sauce while heating over medium heat.
• keep sauce warm.
• in the last 15 minutes of cooking meatloaf, glaze the meatloaf with the sauce.
• save remaining sauce to spoon onto meatloaf while serving.

SUPERIOR MEAT LOAF WITH BELL PEPPERS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
• Shape into loaf in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan.
• Bake uncovered 1 hour or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
• Substitution: Use 1-1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs or 5 slices fresh bread, cubed.
• SLOW COOKER METHOD: Arrange meat loaf in slow cooker. Cook covered on LOW 6 to 8 hours or HIGH 4 hours. (HELPFUL HINT -- Place meat loaf on a piece of cheesecloth, then on a rack to help hold meat loaf together while lifting in and out of slow cooker.).

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Combine and heat - water, onion flakes and beef bouillon - in microwave for 30 seconds.
• Bring water mixture to room temperature.
• Blend ketchup, beaten eggs and water mixture.
• In a large bowl, combine meat, breadcrumbs and blended liquid.
• In a meatloaf pan, shape meat mixture into a loaf.
• Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until done.

• Mix all ingredients together and shape into a loaf in the baking pan.
• Bake 1 hour or until done. Let stand 10 minutes.
