1 teaspoon artificial coconut extract
2 drops blue food coloring
2 (12 ounce) cans Sprite

Steps:

combine water and sugar.
microwave for 30-45 seconds and stir.
allow to cool, then add coloring and extract.
stir well.
mix into sprite and pour over ice.

3-4 drops blue food coloring
Shark gummies, optional
Swedish fish, optional

Steps:

To create a simple syrup, combine water and sugar in a small microwavable bowl and microwave for 45 seconds. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Allow the simple syrup to cool to room temperature.
Add the cooled simple syrup, Sprite, coconut extract, and food coloring to a pitcher. Stir well to combine.
Serve over ice, adding shark gummies or Swedish fish if desired.

Ingredients

3 Tbsp cold water
2½ Tbsp to 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tsp coconut extract
2 (12-oz) cans Sprite or any lemon lime soda, for low calorie, you can use Sprite Zero
3-4 drops blue food coloring

Steps:

Combine the sugar and water in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 45 seconds. Mix until sugar is completely dissolved. If needed put back in microwave for another 20 seconds. Mix again. allow sugar syrup to cool completely. Add coconut extract. Mix. In a large measuring cup or bowl with spout, pour soda in. Pour syrup mixture with extract into soda. Mix gently. Add drops of food coloring to desired color. Fill 2 medium to large cups or glasses ice to the top. Pour mixture into each cup. Grab some straws and sip away!
