SMOKED SALMON AND DILL MUFFINS
These delicious savory smoked salmon, cheese and dill muffins made with Original Bisquick® mix are a gourmet and classy addition to a bread basket.

- Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
- In 8-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook onion in butter 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender. Stir in salmon.
- In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix, 3/4 cup of the cheese, the dill and lemon peel. In small bowl, stir milk, oil and egg with fork or whisk until blended. Make well in center of Bisquick mixture; stir in egg mixture just until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in onion and salmon. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling each two-thirds full. Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden. Cool 2 to 3 minutes; remove from pan. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Melt butter gently in a large deep skillet.
- Add cream.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add vodka.
- Reduce heat and cook on low 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add smoked salmon, salt, pepper and dill.
- Remove from heat.
- Cook fettuccine in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender.
- Drain noodles well.
- Reheat sauce.
- Place drained noodles in the pan with the hot sauce.
- Toss gently over low heat until sauce coats noodles and is thick and creamy.
- Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

CREAMY SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH DILL AND SMOKED SALMON
I've been struggling with my weight since i was a lil kid so i've tried hundreds of things and i haven't found a diet that i can keep up with except for the Atkins diet, which gave me great great results. I found this recipe in the Atkins Meal Planner and it's delicious and soooo easy to make. The smoked salmon, the green onions and the dill will give your breakfast a whole new dimension. Enjoy! :)

- In a large bowl, beat eggs, cream. dill and salt.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add green onions; cook 8 minutes, until softened.
- Pour in egg mixture; cook 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until almost set.
- Mix in salmon, cook 1 more minute more or until eggs reach desire doneness.
- Serve and enjoy!
