Slow Cooker Smoky Snack Mix Food

SLOW-COOKER SMOKY SNACK MIX

Steps:

• In 6-quart slow cooker, combine cereal, almonds, oyster crackers and cheese crackers. In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture; toss to coat.
• Cook, uncovered, on High setting for 2 1/2 hours, stirring thoroughly every 30 minutes.
• To serve warm, unplug slow cooker. Serve with large spoon.

SLOW COOKER SNACK MIX

Steps:

• Combine cereals, pretzels, and nuts in a large bowl and set aside.
• Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over cereal mixture and toss gently until combined.
• Pour into a large slow cooker and cover and cook on LOW for 2 1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Uncover and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
• Store in an airtight container.

SLOW-COOKER ORIGINAL CHEX™ MIX

Steps:

• In oval 5- to 6-quart slow cooker, stir together cereals and pretzels.
• In small bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce and spices with whisk until well combined. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.
• Cook uncovered on High heat setting 2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes.
• Spread cereal mixture on ungreased cookie sheet or sheet of waxed paper. Cool 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
