Steps:

• Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with nonstick spray. Add wings to the prepared baking dish and season on both sides with salt and pepper. In a medium bowl, whisk together cola, vinegar, soy sauce, Sriracha and garlic powder. Pour over the wings. Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour 45 minutes.

• 1. Place wings in ziploc bag with half of shoyu sauces. Let chicken marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.

• Put the chicken wings in a pan and cover with 1 litre cola. Add the bay leaves and allspice berries. Cover and gently simmer for 20 mins. Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Meanwhile, put the remaining cola, the soy sauce, ketchup, sugar and mustard in a pan and bubble until you have a thick glaze.
