These super tender Slow Cooker Pork Chops and Gravy take just 10 minutes to prep! In four hours you'll be sitting down to a delicious home cooked meal.

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6 4 ounce boneless pork loin chops
2 tablespoons oil
3 cups chicken broth

Steps:

  • In a shallow bowl (I like to use a pie dish), combine flour, seasoned salt, ground mustard, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper.
  • Press each pork chop into flour mixture, coating both sides and edges.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown pork chops on both sides. About 2 minutes per side.
  • Remove pork chops from pan and place in slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, whisk leftover flour mixture with chicken broth and pour it over the chops in the slow cooker. Cover and cook for 3-4 hours on low until meat is tender.
  • When done, remove chops and stir the gravy with a whisk to remove any lumps. Strain gravy if desired. Serve pork chops with mashed potatoes and top both with the gravy.

Grandma's pork chops are cooked to fork-tender perfection. Smothered with a simple gravy, these slow cooker pork chops are one of my grandma's best recipes.

2 1/2 pounds boneless center cut pork chops ( (about 8))
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
21 ounces cream of chicken soup ((2 cans))

Steps:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder. Mix well.
  • Dredge the pork chops in the flour mixture and place them in the hot skillet.
  • Allow them to brown for 2-3 minutes, then flip the pork chops to brown them on the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Place the browned pork chops in a slow cooker.
  • Pour two cans of cream of chicken soup over the pork chops.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 4-5 hours, until the temperature of the pork reaches between 145 degrees F. (medium rare) and 160 degrees F. (medium), on a meat thermometer.
  • Serve immediately.

I don't even like Pork, but was tricked into tasting this dish when I was told it was chicken. WOW! The meat was sooo tender and juicy; so tender in fact, that it was literally falling apart! It was like nothing I'd ever tasted before! Definitely not like my mother's hard, crusty pork chops! lol! This recipes goes hand in hand w/ some mashed potatoes. Just pour the leftover gravy on the taters' and enjoy!

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
6 lean boneless pork chops (1 in. thick)
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed chicken broth
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Combine 1st four ingredients in a shallow dish.
  • Dredge chops in flour mixture and set aside.
  • Combine what is left of the flour mixture w/ the chicken broth and pour into your crock pot.
  • Pour oil into a large skillet and cook the chops in hot oil until browned on both sides.
  • Place chops in crock pot and cook covered on High for about 2 to 5 hours or until tender.
  • Serve w/ hot rice and/or mashed potatoes.
  • ++If the gravy becomes too thick just add a little water. If you accidentally add too much water then add a little more flour.
  • Season w/ salt and pepper too your taste.

4 boneless pork chops
seasoned pepper to taste
seasoned salt to taste
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons sour cream
¼ cup milk
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey

Steps:

  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the pork chops with seasoned salt and seasoned pepper, then dredge in 3 tablespoons of flour. Shake off any excess flour, and place the chops in the skillet. Cook for a few minutes on each side, until browned.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream, milk, 1 tablespoon of flour, lemon juice, and honey. Season with a tiny bit of seasoning salt if desired. Pour the sauce over the chops, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until pork is cooked through.

1 tablespoon butter
¾ cup milk
¼ cup water
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute the pork chops in the butter for about 5 minutes per side.
