My Steam tells me that I have 700 hours combined in both Oldrim and SSE but this isn't really true because for first couple years I played Skyrim pirated (shame!) so realistically it's probably more like 1200-1400 hours.

Regardless, you install the mod like any other mod. Then you start a new game, and when the character creation screen comes up there is a tab on the top right called "presets". Click on it, then select load (F9 by default iirc) and a list of installed presets will come up.

I havnen't dug into this myself yet, but essentially it should mean that you should be able to load presets fine, but actually sculpting a new face isn't going to work.

Note that it will be through race menus preset system not the vanilla presets you scroll through with sliders. It tells you what hotkeys to press along the bottom of the screen. If it is not appearing the mod might have an incorrect folder structure. It should be "Skyrim Special Edition\Data\SKSE\Plugins\CharGen\Presets"
