LOW - FAT FETTUCCINE CARBONARA FOR ONE
I made up this recipe by looking at other low fat carbonara recipes and have been making it for ages. It doesn't take long to prepare. It is just the right amount for one serving or just double it for 2 serves. It's so creamy, you can't even tell it is low in fat!

LOW-FAT SPAGHETTI OR FETTUCCINE CARBONARA
A light version of a pasta favorite. Turkey bacon can be substituted for the ham. We love pepper in our family, but if 1 tsp sounds like a lot to you, just use an amount that suits your taste.
