Steps:
- 1. In a large skillet over medium heat add pork,onion and green peppers.
- 2. Cook until pork is slightly browned and the onions and peppers are slightly tender,drain and return to pan.
- 3. Add water and contents of the hamburger helper box, stirring to combine,then bring to a boil, cover with lid and then turn the heat down to a medium/low simmer.
- 4. Cook for 20 minutes or until noodles are done.

- Cook until pork is brown and the peppers and onion are slightly tender,drain and return to pan.

- Place the potatoes, carrots, and olive oil in a large, deep nonstick skillet with a tight-fitting lid or a Dutch oven. Turn the heat to medium high, then sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper and stir to coat. When the skillet becomes hot and begins to sizzle, immediately reduce the heat to low.
