1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped celery
½ pound cooked and peeled shrimp

Steps:

In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix in onion, celery and shrimp meat. Cover bowl, and refrigerate before serving.

1 tablespoon horseradish
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 (1 1/2 ounce) package onion soup mix
green onion, sliced
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 (4 1/4 ounce) can shrimp, drained rinsed and soaked in
lemon juice, drain again

Steps:

Beat cream cheese until fluffy, stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
Chill; serve with fresh vegetables or crackers.
