Asian style stir fried garlic chili shrimp or prawns is juicy, spicy and sweet. Often in Asian cuisine, shrimp or prawns are cooked as a whole that have head and shell on. Not only is it convenient to cook, but also it retains shrimp juicy and gives more flavor to the food.

Steps:
- Mince 5 cloves of garlic.
- Cut 3 sticks of green onion.
- Pour ½ tablespoon of vegetable oil into a non-stick pan and turn on medium to high fire. Then, add minced garlic and stir fry for a minute.
- Next, add the washed whole raw shrimp and stir fry a little bit.
- After that, add 1 tablespoon of chili garlic sauce, ½ tablespoon of soy sauce, ½ tablespoon of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of water and stir fry a few minutes.
- Until the shrimp cooks. It turns orange red. (Around 3-5 minutes and don't over cook them because the texture of shrimp will change.)
- When the shrimp is cooked, add the chopped green onion, mix it and ready to serve.

- Toss the shrimp in a medium bowl with the Essence.
- Place the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of the butter in a large 14-inch skillet over high heat. Add the shrimp to the pan, spreading them evenly in 1 layer. Cook for 2 minutes then turn them to the other side. Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds. Add the wine, lemon juice, lemon zest and remaining 2 tablespoons of the butter and cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Season the shrimp with the salt and pepper and add the pasta, crushed red pepper flakes and green onions, tossing to coat well. Remove the skillet from the heat, add the parsley, and toss to combine. - Pour the olive oil into a wide, heavy-bottomed frying pan. Then add the chile and garlic and, over moderate to low heat, to infuse rather than to color, fry for 2 minutes, stirring all the time. Then turn the heat to high, add the shrimp, and stir-fry them for another 2 minutes or until they turn pink and are just, delicately, cooked; you want the flesh to stay tender. Pour in the white wine and let it bubble up. You don't want a liquid puddle around the shrimp, just enough wine to let the juices ooze into a winy sauce. Another minute or so should do it. Season with the salt, if necessary, and then turn into your bowl and sprinkle with parsley. Eat with some good hunks of baguette. I eat these carapace, head, and all: one of the reasons I designate them for solitary dinner.
- If you want, you can add a tablespoonful or so of brandy before throwing in the wine.
CHILE-GARLIC SHRIMP

- Rinse the shrimp with cold water and pat dry with paper towls. Add the shrimp and seasoning mix to a plastic bag and shake to coat.
- Heat the butter, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a large skillet over medium heat until the butter has melted. Raise the heat to medium-high; when the butter begins to pop and sizzle add the shrimp to the pan. Cook and stir the shrimp until they are bright pink on the outside and the meat is no longer transparent in the center, about 4 to 5 minutes. Do not overcook.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cilantro and lime juice. Garnish with lime wedges and serve hot.

- Bring 3 to 4 quarts of salted water to a boil for the pasta. While the water comes to a boil, prepare the shrimp.
- Season shrimp with ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper, stir to combine.
- In a large sauté pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced zucchini and sauté for 4 minutes, or until just tender.
- Add the sliced grape tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes, until just beginning to soften.
- Add ¼ teaspoon salt to the vegetables and stir to combine. Transfer to a medium-sized bowl and reserve.
- Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan, and turn heat to medium-low.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, stir and cook for 2 minutes to ensure that the garlic does not brown or burn. You want the garlic to cook slowly and the flavors to infuse into the oil, turn heat to low if needed.
- Keeping the heat on medium-low, add the seasoned shrimp. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until just pink in color.
- Add lemon juice and zest to the pan, stir to combine.
- Add the cooked zucchini and tomatoes back to the pan, and stir to combine with the shrimp.
- Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook pasta according to manufacturer's directions, until tender.
- Drain the pasta and toss with the shrimp and vegetables. Add more salt and pepper as desired. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

- Cook linguine according to packaging instructions (al dente).
- Flatten the chicken with a meat tenderizer to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch thickness.
- Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper (both sides).
- Heat olive oil in a sauce pan and saute the chicken on medium-high heat for 2-4 minutes (or until golden brown on both sides). Then, place the chicken in a baking dish and continue cooking in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees (or the chicken's internal temp reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Slice the chicken into 1/2 to 3/4 inch bite size cubes or chunks. Set aside.
- This recipe calls for 'fully cooked shrimp' so make sure your shrimp is fully cooked, warmed, and thawed. Set shrimp aside.
- In the sauce pan, at medium-high heat, heat the olive oil and add the onions until the onions caramelize and release their fragrance. Then, add the garlic, artichokes, capers, roasted red peppers, and stir for about 2 minutes (until the artichokes start to tenderize).
- Sprinkle the pan with the flour and stir until all ingredients are coated.
- Add the white wine and the lemon zest and stir until it reaches a boil. Then, simmer for 2 minutes.
- Bring the heat back up then incorporate the cream. Stir for about a minute. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir When the cheese is incorporated (melts into sauce) and the sauce thickens, add the lemon juice and stir.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes, chicken, and shrimp then stir for about a minute. Add salt to taste.
- Add the linguine and a little bit of the parsley (save some for garnishing). Make sure the linguine is thoroughly coated with the sauce.
- Plate on to a large serving dish. Try to transfer the linguine first so you can top the dish with the sauce and ingredients. Garnish with chopped parsley, Parmesan, and maybe a sliced lemon and some black pepper. Enjoy.
SHRIMP IN LEMON GARLIC CHILI SAUCE
This is THE BEST shrimp recipe, I swear. This is "finger food" -- you'll peel and eat the shrimp at the table, so provide one or more bowls to discard the shells and have plenty of napkins on hand. - Combine butter, lemon juice, pepper flakes, garlic, and salt in pan. Cook over hot side of grill, stirring occasionally, unti butter melts, about 1 1/2 minutes, transfer to cooler side of grill and proceed to grill shrimp, adding parsley just before serving.
- Pat shrimp with paper towels. THread shrimp onto 3 skewers, alternating direction of head and tails. Brush both sides of shrimp with oil and season lighly with salt and pepper. Sprnkle one side of each skewer evenly with sugar.
- Place shrimp skewers, sugared sides down, on hot side of grill. Grill shrimp, uncovered, until lightly charred, 4-5 minutes. USing tongs, flip and grill until second side is pink and slighly translucent, 1-2 minutes.

- In a large pot, add water, salt, peppercorns, chili flakes, paprika and coriander seeds.
- Bring to a boil.
- Boil for 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp.
- Turn heat to medium-low and poach for 4 to 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and firm.
- Drain immediately and cool on a plate.
