- Stir together the cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, black pepper and ground cloves in a small bowl until thoroughly combined. Use accordingly in your favorite gingerbread-spiced recipes. The spice mix can be stored in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

- In a 15x10x1-in. baking pan, combine cereals and pretzels. Lightly coat with cooking spray; drizzle with Worcestershire sauce. Combine the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over cereal mixture. , Bake at 200° for 1-1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

SHREDDIES GINGERBREAD SNACK MIX
A change of pace from the usual savory snack mixes, this slightly sweet mix with Shreddies, nuts, and dried fruit is a delicious mix to put out when guests arrive, or pack as a mid afternoon snack. From Bake Fest 2010.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 250°F Arrange the pecans and almonds in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and fragrant; cool slightly.
- 2. Combine the nuts with the Shreddies, pretzels and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl. Stir the melted butter with the sugar, ginger, cinnamon, salt and cloves until combined; drizzle over the cereal mixture. Toss thoroughly to coat the pieces evenly.
- 3. Spread mixture on two, large, rimmed baking sheets. Bake, rotating pans once, for 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp and fragrant; cool completely. Stir in the cranberries and white chocolate chips (if using); transfer to an airtight container. Reserve at room temperature for up to 1 week.
- Makes 12 cups (3 L).
EASY CHOCOLATE CHEX MIX
Steps:
- Take a pot and fill it with 1 or 2 inches and heat over low temperature. Place a glass or metal bowl inside the pot and fill it with candy melts. Stir frequently until a smooth and creamy texture is achieved.
- Pour Chex into a large bowl, followed by your melted pink candy, and turn/mix gently until evenly coated. You can use your hands if you are having trouble with complete coverage.
- Pour mixture out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment, and spread out into a single layer. Let sit for an hour to dry.
- Once dry, grab/break up any pieces that have stuck together, and then add M&M's, sprinkles, and conversation hearts on top.
- Toss again to blend, and serve/enjoy as desired.

- In a medium heavy saucepan, add the brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Once it hits boiling, cook without stirring for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the baking soda (it may foam a bit) then stir in the vanilla. Quickly pour over the popcorn and stir until evenly distributed.
- Bake 60-75 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, or until the coating is mainly dry (it's ok if it's a little sticky when stirring the final time). Remove from the pan and transfer to waxed paper to cool completely. If not assembling right away, store in an airtight container.
