SEVEN LAYER SALAD
Seven Layer Salad is crunchy, flavorful, colorful, and perfect for potlucks. With bacon, cheese, onions, peas, lettuce, celery, mayo, and a little sugar.

Steps:
- Add bacon to a large skillet and cook until brown and crispy, then remove to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Let cool then chop.
- Layer the salad with lettuce, then onion, peas, and celery.
- Mix the mayonnaise and sugar and spread it over the celery, then top with cheese and bacon.
- Refrigerate until serving.

- Prepare the macaroni pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse cooked macaroni under cold water. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the two packets of powdered cheese, mayonnaise, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Add the macaroni, red pepper, gherkins, and onions. Toss to coat well in the cheese sauce.
- Cover and refrigerate for two hours. Before serving, toss again.

- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until slightly al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside to keep warm.
- Whisk the eggs in a large bowl until frothy.
- Add the Velveeta, butter and 2 cups of the half-and-half to the large bowl of eggs. Add the warm macaroni tossing until the cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth. Add the remaining half-and-half, 3 cups of the sharp yellow Cheddar, the remaining grated cheeses, and salt and pepper, tossing until completely combined in the large bowl.
- Pour the mixture into 9 by 13-inch casserole or baking dishes (approximately 3 (3-quart) baking dishes) and bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of sharp yellow cheese and bake until golden brown on top, about 30 minutes more.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente (about 2 minutes less than the label directs), adding the broccoli during the last 4 minutes of cooking. Drain the pasta and broccoli and rinse under cool water; shake off the excess. Remove the broccoli and pat dry.
- Whisk the mayonnaise, buttermilk, 1/4 cup chives, the parsley, half of the lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and pepper to taste. Toss the pasta and a few tablespoons of the dressing in a medium bowl.
- Assemble the salad: Toss the avocados with the remaining lime juice in a large glass serving bowl and season with salt; arrange in an even layer. Top with layers of the ham, broccoli, pasta, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Drizzle some of the remaining dressing on top and sprinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoon chives, or cover and refrigerate the salad and dressing separately up to 6 hours. - 1. preheat oven to 425
- 2. after cooking noodles put in large bowl with butter until melted.
- 3. mix all cheeses together and add to hot noodles, mix good , let cheese melt.
- 4. add 1/2 and 1/2 mix. add eggs and mix
- 5. season with salt and pepper.
- 6. pour into a oven safe dish and cook until its no longer wiggley when you move it. if you like when it has about 10-15 minutes left mix some extra mozzarella, sharp and mild cheddar together and sprinkle on top and put back into oven.
