Ingredients

10 drops of your favourite essential oils
5 ml of writing ink

Steps:

Fill the reservoir with ink (not completely full), empty reservoir into mixing container (old teaspoon), put in the essential oil and fill reservoir again.
Or you can get the smallest bottle of ink and add the required amount of essential oils.
Some essential oils you may like to consider using are: Lemon (refreshing), Lavender (relaxing, calming), Geranium (calming), Mandarin (calming) or a blend of Lemon (2 drops), Eucalyptus (3 drops), Pine (1 drop) and Lavender (2 drops) for a get-well message!
