Ingredients

4 cups pecans, shelled
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (I used Tabasco which is hotter than most sauces)
1 Tablespoon garlic salt

Steps:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Melt butter in skillet. Remove from heat and add Worcestershire, garlic salt and hot sauce, stir well. Toss in pecans, stir until evenly coated.Spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet and toast in the oven for 30 minutes. Stir once ortwice. Drain on paper towels.Store in airtight container for up to a week.

1 cup butter, melted
6 cups shelled pecans
salt to taste

Steps:

Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
Pour the butter into a medium bowl, and mix in the pecans. Stir until the pecans are well coated.
Arrange coated pecans in a single layer on one or two medium baking sheets. Sprinkle with salt.
Bake in the preheated oven approximately 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cool and store in covered containers.
