Steps:
- Heat 1/4 teaspoon olive oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Saute garlic in hot oil until just beginning to brown.
- Mix sauteed garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, 1/2 teaspoon olive oil, brown sugar, sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl; pour into a large resealable plastic bag. Add salmon fillets, turning to coat with the marinade, squeeze bag to remove excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Remove salmon from the marinade and shake to remove excess liquid. Reserve 3 tablespoons marinade and discard remainder.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Arrange salmon fillets in the hot skillet, pour reserved marinade over the salmon, and place a lid on the skillet; cook until salmon is browned on each side and flakes easily with a fork, occasionally spooning liquid from the pan over the fillets, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Garnish salmon with additional sea salt and black pepper.

SALMON CREPES
Steps:
- Mix salt with flour and add the eggs until you get thick paste. Then pour in cold milk slowly while whisking, to prevent formation of lumps. Add melted butter and let rest 1 hour.
- Heat a non-stick pan and brush with melted butter, pour enough batter to coat the bottom of the pan and cook on medium heat until brown, 2 to 3 minutes, flip around and cook 1 or 2 minutes more.
- Bring the wine to a boil with salt, pepper, tarragon stems and some butter. Place the salmon in it and cook until it starts to fall apart and the white albumen of the fish starts to appear. Remove fish, crumble it. Add fresh tomatoes or already made tomato sauce to the cooking liquid, reduce until in coats the back of a spoon nicely. Add the chopped tarragon leaves at the end. Place the fish back in the sauce and fill each crepe with a small amount of filling and roll. Place each crepe on a plate and cover with 2 or 3 tablespoons of left over salmon filling. MR. GOKITTENGO'S NUTELLA CRESCENTS
Mr. GoKittenGo doesn't cook a lot, and when he does, I tend to stay away from the kitchen. However, I peeked over his shoulder to learn how to make these after he whipped them up one night. They're almost too easy to be a recipe! Note that this recipe calls for the "Big & Flaky" crescent rolls; if you use the regular size ones, you might want to use less Nutella. Then again, you might not. ;)

- Roll them up.
- Bake for the amount of time specified in the package directions, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let cool for about five minutes before attempting to eat - the Nutella is like lava when they first come out of the oven, and will hurt you. I speak from experience.
