- In a large skillet, cook garlic and ginger in oil over medium heat for 30 seconds. Add pork; cook and stir until meat is no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. , In the same skillet, combine the brown sugar, basil, soy sauce, lime juice, water and oregano. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat. , In a salad bowl, combine the greens, tomatoes, onion, yellow pepper and pork. Drizzle with warm dressing and toss to coat; serve immediately.

SAVORY HERB PORK ROAST WITH GRAVY
This savory pork roast will be the centerpiece of your Christmas or Easter dinner.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix sage, garlic salt, ginger and pepper in small bowl. Place roast on rack in foil-lined roasting pan. Brush pork with oil. Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over entire roast.
- 2. Roast pork 1 1/2 hours or until desired doneness. Transfer pork to cutting board or serving platter. Cover loosely with foil.
- 3. Pour any pan drippings from roasting pan and water into medium saucepan. Stir in Gravy Mixes. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute or until slightly thickened. (Gravy will thicken upon standing.) Serve with sliced pork.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large, resealable plastic bag, mix rosemary, garlic salt, thyme, and pepper. Place pork roast in the bag, seal, and toss until thoroughly coated with the garlic salt mixture. Transfer to a medium baking dish.
- Cook pork roast 1 hour in the preheated oven, or to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

- Cover potatoes with 1 inch of cold water in a large pot or Dutch oven. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Cook until potatoes are tender and a knife inserted in center of a potato meets no resistance, 25 to 30 minutes.
- Drain and let cool slightly. When potatoes are cool enough to handle, chop into 1-inch pieces and place in a large bowl. Toss potatoes with soup mix, vinegar and pepper to taste. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until cool, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Toss potatoes with celery, onion, mustard, mayonnaise and lemon zest. Fold in arugula and parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary. Serve immediately, or chill, covered, until ready to use.
SAVORY PORK STEW
Wonderful Comfort food that uses Pork Stew Meat. I had bought some and I didn't know what to do with it. Now I do.

- For some reason it won't let me add a ingredient. You can also add a 4 ounce can green chiles, chopped in with the tomatoes.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sprinkle pork on all sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and lightly coat with cornstarch.
- Place pork in the skillet and cook until lightly browned but not done. Transfer to a slow cooker. Place potatoes, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, and corn in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, milk, broth, and chiles, cumin and Italian seasoning. Pour into the slow cooker.
- Cover, and cook 1 hour on High. Reduce heat to Low, and continue cooking at least 1 hour.
- This can also be cooked on the stove top. Add all together, bring to a boil and then simmer for 3 hours stirring occasionally. Cook time varies on method used. Check meat to make sure it is done.
