- Stir together the soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise together until well blended.
- Squeeze the spinach dry and stir into the wet mixture.
- Next stir in water chestnuts and green onions.
- Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving.

Steps:
- Chop artichoke quarters into bite sized pieces.
- Mix all ingredients together & place in quiche dish or pie plate (I have also used a small pyrex casserole dish).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. I personally do not cover when baking.
- I like to thinly slice french bread & toast them in the broiler for a couple minutes to enjoy with the dip. Can also be served with crackers. It is a must try!

Steps:
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Don't be impatient--it will taste better.
- Hollow out the sourdough bread using the removed chunks for part of the dippers and transfer the dip from the bowl to the bread bowl.
- Watch it get gobbled up!

- Add the tofu, garlic cloves, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, mustard, salt and pepper to a high-speed blender or food processor.
