Ingredients

1 package Johnsonville® Mild Italian Sausage Links or Ground Sausage
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the egg, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, milk and onion.
Remove sausage from casings.
Add sausage to the bread crumb mixture and mix well.
Shape into 20 meatballs.
Arrange meatballs on a shallow baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through (160 degrees F).
Serve with your favorite sauce and spaghetti.

Ingredients

1 lb ground chuck
1 lb jimmy dean's Italian sausage
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

In a large bowl mix all ingredients with your hands until well blended.
Form into size of golf balls.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a large skillet and brown top and bottom of meatballs.
Transfer meatballs and 2 jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce to a large pot and simmer covered for a half hour or until meatballs are done.
