This spice blend is similar to the discontinued Salt 'n Spice product. It contains salt, pepper, onion, garlic and celery seed.

Ingredients

1/4 cup kosher salt
1 tbsp black pepper ground
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp McCormick® Onion Powder
1 1/2 tsps McCormick® Celery Seed

Steps:

Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Store in tightly covered jar in cool, dry place.

1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon ground red pepper

Steps:

Stir salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in an airtight container, seal, and shake to combine.

Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Makes about 1/2 Cup.
