Drawers Added to Dining Booth Benches. RVer Stacy had her husband add drawers to allow easy access to the space under their dinette benches. Adding file folder rails makes a booth drawer the perfect place to store documents or homeschool supplies.
Cat Door Added for Litter Box Access. By cutting a hole and adding a curtain or cat door, a cat's litter box can be hidden inside. If you have access to the area underneath the bench from outside the RV, cleaning the box is even easier.
Dining Booth Converted to Pet Crates. This mod provides a safe place for pets to ride while this motorhome is in motion. While it isn't considered safe for pets to travel inside a towable RV, even in a trailer this mod would make a wonderful sleeping spot for kennel trained dogs.
Extra Drawer Space. Available at some Camping World locations or on Amazon, these drawers attach to the bottom of a dining booth table to make a convenient place for storing silverware or office supplies.
Bench Reconfiguration. The Pope Family saved space in their RV by removing their dinette table and moving the benches into an “L” shape. A small table (perhaps one that could be folded and hidden away when not in use) could make this arrangement still usable for eating.
