Ingredients

1 pint bottle rum
1 pint bottle Spanish brandy
1 bottle rose wine
2 liters Sprite
Clear-colored large pitcher filled half-way with ice cubes
Apple slices
Grapes
Lemon slices
Lime slices

Steps:

Measure 3/4 cup rum, 3/4 cup brandy, 2 cups wine, and 2 cups Sprite, and pour all into pitcher over ice and stir with a long wooden spoon. Dice a few pieces of apple, remove a few grapes, both green and purple, from stems and cut in 1/2, and dice a few pieces each of lemon and lime. Add diced fruit to pitcher and stir once more. Pour Sangria into tulip glasses.

1 750-ml bottle dry rosé
1/3 cup orange-flavored vodka
1/4 cup elderflower liqueur (such as St-Germain)
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup diced watermelon
Cold seltzer, for topping

Steps:

Combine the rosé, vodka, elderflower liqueur, strawberries and watermelon in a 64-ounce jar. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
To serve, pour into glasses filled with ice and top with cold seltzer.

1/4 cup brandy
2 tablespoons raspberry liqueur
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1 1/2 cups quartered strawberries
1 sliced lemon
1 1/2 cups seltzer

Steps:

Mix the wine, liqueur and sugar in a pitcher, stirring to dissolve the sugar, then add the fruit.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 1 day.
Add the seltzer just before serving.

Trim and chop strawberries. Pour wine into a large pitcher or punch bowl. Add fruit. Refrigerate and allow flavours to infuse overnight.
Just before serving, stir in liqueur and carbonated water. Ladle sangria, including fruit, into ice-filled rocks glasses. Garnish with fresh strawberries, blueberries and a slice of dehydrated blood orange, if you like.
