1 ounce Kahlua
cream
cola or root beer

Steps:

Fill pint glass with ice. Add the vodka and Kahlua.
Fill 2 to 3 inches from top with cream and top off with Coke.
Transfer between two glass for foamy effect or use a shaker.

Place 1 scoop of ice cream in each of 4 tall footed fountain or parfait glasses. Slowly pour root beer over the ice cream and serve immediately with a long handled spoon and straw.

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) package white cake mix or 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (12 ounce) can root beer (I prefer A & W)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons root beer

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, can of root beer, oil and eggs until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Test for doneness.
Cool for 15 minutes; then turn out onto rack to cool completely.
To prepare the glaze: Mix the confectioners' sugar with the 3 tablespoons of root beer until smooth.
Poke holes with a skewer or wooden pick at 2 inch intervals and pour glaze over cake.
Perfection when served with vanilla ice cream.

I love Root Beer! I like Root Beer Floats too!! I got this recipe off of the label of my bottle of Root Beer Schnapps. You can either mix the ingredients together in a glass or blend them in a blender and then pour into a glass. This is a very relaxing drink. Schnapps are generally low in alcohol but are very tasty.

1/2 cup half-and-half
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream (more if desired)

Steps:

Blender method: Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for about 10-15 seconds or until blended Pour into a glass.
Glass Method: Pour all of the ingredients into a glass and stir.
Now sit back, relax and enjoy your drink.
As with some drinks with schnapps, this drink may sneak up on you.

2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk (FAT-FREE, chilled)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

Pre-chill root beer, condensed milk, and ice cream maker canister.
Combine root beer, condensed milk, and vanilla.
Fill ice cream maker canister with root beer mixture.
Freeze per ice cream maker's manufacturer's instructions.
Enjoy!
