ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS RECIPE (HONEY SRIRACHA)
Honey Sriracha Roasted Brussels Sprouts are unbelievably easy, healthy, and packed with yummy flavor. Whenever these roasted Brussel Sprouts are on the dinner table, they disappear fast.

Steps:
- Preheat: Preheat oven to 400F, with rack on upper middle position. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
- Combine: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for Brussels sprouts. Add Brussels sprouts and thoroughly coat well. Use rubber spatula to transfer veggies and scrape all sauce mixture onto foil lined baking sheet. Arrange Brussels sprouts in single layer; do not overcrowd, as they need a bit of room to ensure even roasting.
- Cook: Bake 20-25 minutes or just until edges start getting darkened and crisp; watch carefully those last couple of minutes so your veggies don't burn. Serve immediately, with extra Sriracha on the side.

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cutt off the stem end of the sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves. Cut large sprouts in half.
- Place sprouts in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and season generously with Kosher salt. Toss to coat. Place in a single layer on an aluminum-foil lined baking sheet. Roast for 35-40 minutes, shaking the pan a few times throughout the cooking process, until crisp and golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside.
- Meanwhile, combine srircha, honey, and lime in a small bowl. Season with Kosher salt.
- Remove sprouts from oven, transfer to large bowl, and drizzle with sauce. Toss lightly to coat and serve immediately.

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large bowl toss the sprouts with the oil and salt to coat. Pour out onto a baking sheet, turning the sprouts onto their cut half so it becomes nice and brown.
- Place into the hot oven. Cook until caramelized, about 20 - 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile whisk together the sriracha, honey and lime together. When the sprouts are cooked, toss with the prepared Siracha mixture until thoroughly coated. Serve immediately.

- Trim the stem end of the sprouts and cut each one in half. Keep any loose leaves.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sriracha, honey and lime juice. Taste and add more sriracha or honey if you like. Set aside.
- Use a large skillet and add a generous amount of olive oil (about 1/4 cup) and heat on medium high. Pan fry the Brussels until deep golden brown and season with salt during cooking process.
