AIR FRYER OKRA (FRESH AND FROZEN BREADED)
Okra is breaded with breadcrumbs and cornmeal to get that same fried okra taste you know and love!

Steps:
- Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees.
- Set out 2 medium bowls and 1 small bowl. Fill a medium bowl with flour, the small bowl with the eggs, and the remaining medium bowl with the cornmeal, breadcrumbs, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Take turns dipping each piece of okra into the flour mixture, then the eggs, then the cornmeal mixture coating it on all sides each time. I use a fork to bread them faster.
- Place the breaded okra in the air fryer and spritz them with a little oil, then cook for 7 to 8 minutes until golden brown on the outside.
- Remove the okra from the air fryer enjoy!

- Preheat your air fryer to 400F. This will take 3-5 minutes depending on your air fryer. It's important not to skip this step since the okra will be thawing AND frying during this process.
- Add the okra to the air fryer. You'll need to add the okra in a single layer to ensure that the heat has enough room to circulate around the okra. If your air fryer basket gets too full, you may have to make this in batches.
- Cook the okra. Set the timer for 15 minutes. At the halfway mark, shake your air fryer basket or flip with tongs and continue to cook the rest of the way until browned and crispy. Remove with tongs and serve hot.

- Combine okra, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and stir gently. Place in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer.
- Cook in the air fryer for 5 minutes. Toss and cook 5 minutes more. Toss again and cook 2 more minutes. Serve immediately.
