1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
2 green onions, chopped - about 1/2 cup
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp prepared horseradish, drained
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
8 oz deli roast beef, thinly sliced
2 10-inch flour tortillas

Steps:

  • 1. Combine first 6 ingredients.
  • 2. Place the two tortillas on work surface, and spread half of the cheese mixture over each;top each with half of the roast beef slices, leaving a 1/2 inch border around edges.
  • 3. Roll up; wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  • 4. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes or up to one day ahead.
  • 5. When ready to serve, unwrap and cut each filled tortilla diagonally into 1/2 inch slices. Set out on pretty platter and serve!

1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
2 tablespoons honey mustard or Dijon mustard
8 slices provolone cheese
8 slices deli roast beef
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 2 rectangles; press perforations to seal. , Spread rectangles with mustard. Top with cheese and roast beef, overlapping if needed, and, if desired, red pepper. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a short side; pinch seam to seal. Cut each roll crosswise into 4 slices; place on parchment-lined baking sheets, cut side down. Bake until pinwheels are golden brown and cheese is melted, 15-18 minutes. Serve warm., Freeze option: Cover and freeze cooled pinwheels on parchment-lined baking sheets until firm. Transfer to freezer containers; return to freezer. To use, bake at 375° until heated through.
