SHRIMP MONTEREY
For a special occasion or when company's coming, this delicious seafood dish makes a lasting impression. You'll be surprised at how fast you can prepare it. A mild, fresh-tasting sauce and the Monterey Jack cheese nicely complement the shrimp, I serve it over pasta or rice. -Jane Birch Edison, New Jersey

PRESSURE-COOKER PAPRIKA SHRIMP AND RICE
My family loves seafood as well as rice dishes, so this is a clear winner with them. Best of all, it is all done fast, combines amazing flavors and is easy! As your pressure cooker cooks the rice, you can set your oven at its lowest temperature and use it to keep the cooked vegetables and shrimp warm without overcooking them. -Joyce Conway, Westerville, Ohio
