1 pkg. (12 oz.) Hawaiian savory butter rolls
1/2 cup KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing
8 CRACKER BARREL Aged Swiss Cheese Slices
3/4 lb. sliced deli corned beef
1-1/2 cups CLAUSSEN Sauerkraut, well drained
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. caraway seed

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Remove rolls from package, but do not separate rolls. Cut block of rolls horizontally in half; spread dressing onto cut sides of rolls.
  • Place bottom halves of rolls, cut sides up, in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with 4 cheese slices, meat, sauerkraut and remaining cheese slices. Cover with tops of rolls.
  • Mix remaining ingredients until blended; brush onto tops of sandwiches. Cover.
  • Bake 30 min. or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are heated through.

12 dinner rolls
8 ounces corned beef (thinly sliced)
8 ounces swiss cheese
⅓ cup thousand island (or Russian dressing)
1 cup sauerkraut (squeezed dry)
¼ cup butter (melted)
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
½ teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Whisk together topping ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Cut the rolls in half separating the top and bottom.
  • Place the bottoms of the rolls in a 9×13 pan (I line with parchment paper for easy removal).
  • Spread dressing on rolls. Top with a layer of cheese, sauerkraut, corned beef and another layer of cheese.
  • Top with the other half of the rolls and gently spoon or brush the butter mixture overtop.
  • Bake about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the tops are lightly browned. Serve warm.

1 package of 12 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
12 slices of Corned Beef
8 slices of Swiss cheese
1/3 cup of Thousand Island Dressing
1 cup of Sauerkraut (drained and dried)
1/4 cup of melted butter (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking dish with parchment paper for easy clean up. Slice the rolls in half separating the top from the bottom. Place bottom in baking dish.
  • Spread Thousand Island on bottom portion of the rolls. Then top with 4 slices of cheese, corned beef, dried sauerkraut and then remainder of 4 slices of cheese. Next add the top of the rolls
  • Brush the top of the rolls with the melted butter. Cook in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until tops are golden brown.

2 pounds ground beef, chuck preferred
1 cup shredded Swiss
1/2 cup toasted rye bread, processed into fine breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
2 large eggs
1/2 cup parsley leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups sauerkraut, drained
1 cup 1000 island dressing
12 slider buns, buttered and griddled

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Mix the beef, cheese, breadcrumbs, caraway seeds, salt, pepper, eggs and parsley in a bowl until uniform but not overworked. Scoop out a 1/4 cup of the mix and roll into a ball. Repeat to use all of the meat.
  • Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat add the oil. Fry the first side of the meatballs, in batches if necessary, until golden and crusty, 7 to 8 minutes. Flip and place in the oven to finish cooking, until no longer pink in the middle, 10 to 15 more minutes.
  • Sandwich Build: Heat the kraut in a small saucepot and mix in the 1000 island. Place a meatball on the bottom slider bun, top with the kraut/sauce mixture, top and skewer. Enjoy with all your closest and most respected friends.

2 tablespoons diced red onion
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
24 thick-cut dill pickle slices, divided
½ cup chopped cooked corned beef
3 slices Swiss cheese, quartered
12 toothpicks

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Arrange bread pieces on the baking sheet.
  • Toast in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and keep oven on.
  • Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, onion, and horseradish in a small bowl. Stir until evenly combined.
  • Place 12 dill pickle slices on the foil-lined baking sheet. Evenly distribute corned beef over the pickle slices. Top each with a teaspoon of mayo mixture. Place a piece of toasted bread over the top of the mayo mixture. Top each with a piece of cheese.
