Delicious, not terribly authentic, refreshing wraps - a great way to dress up leftover meat! Try shredded pork or steak! These wraps can be dressed up or down as the situation warrants.

Steps:
- Warm tortillas in microwave to soften; keep covered with a damp towel.
- Spread one side of each tortilla with 2 tablespoons Russian-style salad dressing. Arrange equal amounts of the cole slaw in the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle equal amounts corned beef over the cole slaw. Top with equal amounts of Swiss cheese. Tightly roll tortillas around the fillings. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.

- Combine sauerkraut, corned beef, and Swiss cheese in a bowl and mix well.
- Lay egg roll wrappers on a flat surface. Place 1/5 the mixture on top of each egg roll. Pull the bottom left corner over the filling and fold the two sides in, moistening edges with water as you go. Roll tightly to close.
- Heat about 1 inch oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add egg rolls to the hot oil and fry until browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with Thousand Island dressing for dipping.

REUBEN GARBAGE BREAD

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Season with additional salt if needed. Set aside
- Stir the baking soda into 1/3 cup of super-hot tap water until dissolved. Set aside.
- Put the sauerkraut into a large kitchen towel and wring it out over the kitchen sink to remove any excess liquid. Set aside.
- Sprinkle the dough all over with the caraway seeds then roll into a 20-by-14-inch rectangle on a lightly floured work surface. Some of the caraway seeds will fall away from the dough, but a lot of the seeds should work in as you roll it out. Arrange the pastrami evenly on one half of the dough, starting on the shorter end and leaving a 1-inch border on the sides. Spread half the sauce over the pastrami. Separate the cheese pieces and shingle them over the sauce. Scatter the sauerkraut on top. Working from the short side, tightly roll up the dough into a log, jelly roll-style. Pinch the open ends together to seal, then tuck them underneath the log.
- Transfer the log, seam side-down, onto the prepared baking sheet and brush all over with the baking soda wash (you will not use all the wash). Bake, rotating the pan halfway through, until the bread is deep golden brown, 40 to 50 minutes.
- Let the bread cool for 10 minutes. Slice into 8 pieces and serve warm with the remaining sauce.

- Make Recipe #387518 for the dough.
- Prepare 2 large baking sheet pans with parchment or Silpats, set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- With lightly floured hands quickly shape dough into a ball by streching the surface of the dough around to the bottom on all four sides, rotating the ball a quarter turn as you go.
- On a lightly floured board, flatten the dough, with hands and rolling pin, into a 1/4 inch thick rectangle, dusting with minimal flour if necessary to keep dough from sticking to the rolling pin. If difficulty is experienced in rolling out the dough, allow it to rest for a few minutes. I've found that pulling the dough with my hands works best.
- Spread the Thousand Island dressing on the dough, then add corn beef, sauerkraut, and cheese, leaving some of the cheese exposed so that it can help hold the roll together as it bakes.
- Starting with the long end roll the dough into a log.
- NOTE: Cut only the number of pieces you want to bake. The rest can be wropped and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or can be frozen for up to 2 weeks.
- Using kitchen shears, cut the dough into 1/2 inch pieces.
- Place them on the prepared sheet, leaving plenty of space for them to expand when they bake.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese has melted and caramelized a bit.

I also omitted the Kraut as we don't like it. I will make this again in the future using smaller tortillas or maybe the flavored wraps. I will add a side of slaw in the summer to round out this meal. I also cut the ingredients in 1/2 and have enough left over for another lunch.
