Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small saucepan saute together the butter and the minced garlic until the garlic becomes fragrant.
- Add white wine to the saucepan and heat through.
- In a small bowl melt the butter in the microwave,
- Add breadcrumbs to the melted butter and stir to combine.
- Place shrimp in a baking dish, pour the garlic butter wine sauce over them, and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until shrimp is done. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp. The shrimp is done when it has turned pink.

- Heat cast iron skillet and add olive oil. Add shrimp and cook until tender and no longer translucent, reduce heat. Remove Shrimp and set aside. Add garlic and cook 2-3 minutes. Do not allow garlic to brown - it will make it bitter. Add white wine and lemon juice. Cook until wine is reduced by half. After it is reduced, add Italian seasoning. Reduce heat to low and add butter. If pan is too hot, the butter will separate. Add shrimp back into sauce, add parsley, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan Cheese.
