3 slices bacon
3 garlic cloves, Minced
1 bell pepper, any Color, Chopped
3 green onions, Chopped
3/4 cup broth (Chicken, Seafood, or Veggie will work)
1 teaspoon cajun spices
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 lb lobster
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup heavy cream
salt

Steps:

  • Cook up your bacon in a small frying pan over medium heat. Remove the bacon and drain off the fat, reserving about a tablespoon.
  • To the pan add in your garlic and pepper. Cook it up on medium heat for about two to three minutes.
  • Add in the green onions. Let cook for an additional minute.
  • Chop up your bacon and add it to the pan along with the broth.
  • Now add in your spices; the cajun, old bay, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper, oregano, and pepper.
  • Allow the mixture to heat back up and then turn your heat down to medium low. Add in your lobster and allow it about three to five minutes to heat up completely.
  • Last up, add in your cream.
  • Serve your finished lobster over fresh cooked pasta with a few pinches of parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of chopped green onions over the top.

3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups thinly-sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup chicken bouillon
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground white pepper
1/2 cup picante salsa
2 tablespoons fish blackening seasoning

Steps:

  • Melt one tablespoon butter in a pan and saute mushrooms, set aside.
  • In a medium sauce pan melt two tablespoon of butter and stir in the flour until dissolved.
  • Add chicken stock, cream, garlic and pepper, stirring constantly cook until sauce thickens.
  • Do not boil.
  • Once thickened reduce heat, cover, and cook 2 more minutes.
  • Add picante sauce, blackening seasoning, and sauteed mushrooms, heat through.
  • Hold warm until ready to serve.
  • Serve over grilled or broiled fish.

2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
8 slices green peppers
8 slices sweet red peppers
1/2-1 lb mushroom
1 green onion, sliced
1 -2 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 ounces linguine, cooked and drained
grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Steps:

  • Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl or resealable plastic bag, toss or shake to coat.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat sauté chicken in butter until almost tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add peppers, mushrooms and onion; cook and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  • Reduce heat.
