Red Eyelet Cocktail Food
RED EYE (RED BEER)
This is one my favorites. . .can't believe it wasn't already on here! Quite popular in South Dakota for sure. It's best with Bud Light, Coors Light, Miller Light, Old Style, Natural Light. This is a super versatile recipe; drink it as is, add in a little olive juice (call it a poor man's martini), or add a dash or two of Tobasco.

Steps:
- Pour tomato juice followed by beer in a chilled mug.
- Throw in a pinch of salt and a twist of lime (if using).
- Garnish with olives and serve.

LIME BEER COCKTAIL
Steps:
- Pour beer into a large pitcher. Add still-frozen limeade and stir to combine. (Stirring with a metal utensil can reduce foam.) Allow foam to settle. Squeeze half a lime into pitcher. Finely slice the other lime half and place into pitcher, for garnish. Pour into chilled glasses and serve cold.

- Simmer 3/4 cup pomegranate juice and 1/4 cup sugar in a small skillet until reduced by half, about 5 minutes. Stir in a dash of orange-flower water; let cool to room temperature. Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of the syrup into each of 6 flutes. Add a splash of gin and top with champagne; stir gently.
QUEEN OF HEARTS COCKTAIL
Steps:
- Mix cranberry juice, orange juice, vodka, and Campari in a cocktail shaker with ice. Squeeze in lemon juice and strain into 4 glasses filled with ice.
