- For the chard: Preheat a saute pan over medium heat and coat with olive oil. Add garlic slices and cook until fragrant. Add red pepper flakes and chard and cook until wilted. Add water and cook for about 10 minutes until chard is tender. Season with salt and pepper. Turn heat off and stir in Marie's® White Balsamic Shallot Vinaigrette. To assemble the crostini: Top each toasted baguette slice with a spoonful of burrata followed by greens. Garnish with lemon zest and additional crushed red pepper flakes.
BURRATA BAKED RAVIOLI WITH SPINACH
This baked ravioli is so easy and delicious! Made with frozen ravioli, marinara, ground turkey, spinach and burrata cheese, it's a huge crowd pleaser and perfect comfort food.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Reserve 1 cup of marinara sauce from the jar.
- Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium low heat. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add in the ground turkey with a big pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until the turkey is browned, breaking it apart into small crumbles. Once the turkey is browned, add in the rest of the marinara from the jar.
- Once the marinara is warm and bubbling, stir in the fresh spinach. Cook for a few minutes until the spinach wilts and then turn off the heat.
- Time to layer! Add ½ cup of the reserved marinara in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread it around. Add a layer of ravioli in a single layer. We're doing 3 layers, so use ⅓ of the bag. Next, add a layer of the ground turkey/spinach mixture. You want to use ⅓ of the mixture. Sprinkle on some of the grated cheese. Repeat this two more times, so you have 3 layers total.
- Once you finish the final layer, add the remaining marinara on top. Top with any extra grated cheese. Top with the burrata, pulling it apart to spread it out over the entire dish.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden and bubbly and cheesy and melty! Top with parmesan and fresh parsley. Serve!

- In a large pot set over medium heat, bring 2 quarts of water and 2 tablespoons of kosher salt to a boil. Submerge ½ pound of the cheese curds into the boiling water and leave for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.

- When the cheese is smooth and glossy and it’s reached your desired texture, begin shredding and tearing the cheese into small pieces. Combine the cheese with 4 cups of cream and 1 tablespoon of salt. Set aside while you make the mozzarella shell.
- With the remaining 1 pound of curd, repeat steps 1 and 2, working in two batches so that you end up with two discs of mozzarella. When the cheese is smooth, glossy, and elastic, form it into a 6-inch disc. Leave them in a bowl of hot water until you’re ready to stuff them.

- 1. To prepare the capsicums, rub the skins well with 1 tsp of the extra virgin olive oil and put on a hot barbecue. Keep turning them until they are well blackened on all sides, about 15-20 minutes. Put the cooked capsicums in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Leave them to steam for about 30 minutes, then peel, de-seed and slice into thin strips. Dress with the remaining extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
