This breakfast smoothie is packed with the goodness of fresh mangoes and oats. Learn how to make mango oats smoothie in a few simple steps.

1 Cup mango pulp (ripe & sweet)
1/2 Cup instant or cooking oats
3 Cup low fat milk, chilled
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon chia seeds (sabja)

Steps:

  • Soak oats in 1 cup of milk. Keep in the fridge overnight or for 5 - 6 hours.
  • To make the smoothie, add soaked overnight oats in the blender. Add mango pulp, remaining chilled milk and blend to a smooth consistency.
  • Pour mango smoothie into the serving glasses. Sprinkle chopped mango, chia seeds, and honey.
  • Enjoy Mango Oats Breakfast Smoothie chilled.

1 cup diced mango (150 g)
½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (can sub coconut for dairy-free, 120 g)
½ cup milk (can sub dairy-free, orange juice, or coconut water, 120 mL)

Steps:

  • Prep: Peel and dice the mango, then set on a plate and freeze for about 30 minutes to quickly chill it. (Alternatively, use fully frozen mango pieces).
  • Blend: Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

1 recipe - 2 leaves kale, or more to taste

Steps:

  • Freeze the banana the night before you want to make this smoothie.
  • Blend flax seeds in a blender until finely ground; add pepitas and blend until ground, about 1 minute.
  • Place mango, banana, water, ice cubes, and kale in the blender; blend until smooth, kale is fully incorporated, and the smoothie is uniform in color, about 3 minutes.
  • Thin with more water to reach desired consistency.
